DSM was born from the determination of Marcello Di Simone, a man who started with little more than hard work and ambition. His journey began as a young construction worker, facing long days on site and learning the realities of the trade from the ground up. Step by step, he moved into the role of surveyor on industrial projects, where he developed a sharp eye for detail and a reputation for reliability. These years gave him not only technical skills but also an understanding of what it truly takes to deliver safe and efficient projects.

With more than forty years spent in scaffolding and insulation, Marcello built an expertise that no book could teach. His knowledge was forged in the field, under real conditions, working alongside teams and solving challenges as they arose.
