Our scope includes compressors, turbines, pumps, fans, ducts, piping, and rotating equipment in oil and gas and industrial plants. Systems address both airborne noise and structure borne vibration through combined absorption, insulation, and damping techniques.
We use high density mineral wool with controlled airflow resistivity, elastomeric anti vibration materials, and multilayer acoustic panels.
Materials are selected based on absorption coefficients, transmission loss, fire rating, mechanical strength, and resistance to industrial exposure.
Installation details are engineered to avoid acoustic bridges, limit flanking transmission, and maintain long term performance under operating conditions. Design and execution follow project specifications and applicable European and international standards.

Based on the collected data, we develop a tailored insulation solution designed for the plant.
DSM Global manages the full scope of work, from system definition to installation of insulation and protective cladding. When required, clients may also provide measurements directly, allowing us to prefabricate insulation components and complete installation on site.
